About
The RVP Training Center serves as a professional co-working office where aspiring entrepreneurs/representatives partner with seasoned industry business leaders to cultivate their ventures.
Challenge:
By the year of 2022, most people worked remote which the number of people coming into the office in-person decreased close to zero.
As the business landscape evolved from traditional brick-and-mortar setups to virtual environments, therefore any digital presence is nonexistent. The imperative arose for the RVP Training Center to transition its operations to align with this shift, ensuring continued support and growth opportunities for its business leaders.
Solution:
Design and build a customized one-stop shop platform to facilitate access to office resources available to support both in-person and virtual entrepreneurs.
This platform will also allow business leaders to funnel the entrepreneurs to the website. This platform will help organize the office resources in a digital form and reduce dependency on the office manager.
UX Design & Product Design
Led the end-to-end design process, using visualization, wireframing, UX design, & development to deliver a responsive user-friendly platform.
A one-stop shop platform will facilitate access to the office resources.
Easy access to the office platform via smart phones as well as desktop & tablets.
The proposed solution is to develop a comprehensive website serving as a centralized platform for business leaders and their teams. This one-stop shop will facilitate access to online trainings, training recordings, office meeting space reservations, events calendar, and other essential resources, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
